2025-2026 Transportation Sign Up

 

Dear WMES Parents & Guardians,

We are already beginning to prepare for the upcoming school year 2025/2026, and we need your help! If your student(s) do not ride the regularly assigned GCPS bus to AND from school each day, please complete the appropriate form at the link below. In order to ensure time for our staff to update records in time for Open House on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, we kindly ask that you complete the correct form no later than Friday, July 18, 2025. You will need to complete a Transportation Form for each child in your family that DOES NOT ride the bus to AND from school.

A HUGE thank you to those families who have already completed the forms for 25/26 Transportation. If you have completed the forms please do not do them again to minimize duplicates. If you have any questions feel free to call or email: 520.Transportation@gcpsk12.org.

Per GCPS policy, all students will automatically be transported on GCPS bus to their assigned bus stop for their home address unless otherwise communicated to the school via the forms linked below.

SPECIAL EDUCATION TRANSPORTATION
Your student's bus driver and/or teacher will reach out to you during the week of Open House to go over all transportation for your student(s). Please do NOT complete any of the forms above. Your students teacher will reach out to you!

Please Note: In order to allow students and staff to establish routines and ensure safety, there will be no PM transportation changes permitted during the first week of school.
