Transportation

The following area day care providers offer morning and/or afternoon transportation to and/or from Woodward Mill Elementary School.

Parents must contact and arrange transportation with the daycare.

Temporary Change (10 days or less)

If a temporary transportation change (10 or less school days) is needed, please inform the school through one of three ways:

• Complete the electronic Temporary Transportation Form
• Email 520.transportation@gcpsk12.org with: the first and last name of the student, what type of transportation change (car rider, walker, bus), the homeroom teacher's name, and the dates the temporary change should be effective.
• Send a handwritten note with: the first and last name of the student, what type of transportation change (car rider, walker, bus), the homeroom teacher's name, and the dates the temporary change should be effective.

Temporary transportation changes must be sent before 12:00pm the day of the change.

Permanent Transportation Change

If a permanent transportation change is needed, please use the online forms below. If the change is to Bus from any other transportation, please email 520.transportation@gcpsk12.org and state that this is a permanent transportation change to a bus rider.

Bus Passes can NOT be issued for play dates, birthdays, Girl/Boy Scouts meetings, weekend sleepovers, or any other reason except for an emergency as determined by a school official.
