Temporary Change (10 days or less)
If a temporary transportation change (10 or less school days) is needed, please inform the school through one of three ways:
- Complete the electronic Temporary Transportation Form
- Email 520.transportation@gcpsk12.org with: the first and last name of the student, what type of transportation change (car rider, walker, bus), the homeroom teacher's name, and the dates the temporary change should be effective.
- Send a handwritten note with: the first and last name of the student, what type of transportation change (car rider, walker, bus), the homeroom teacher's name, and the dates the temporary change should be effective.
Temporary transportation changes must be sent before 12:00pm the day of the change.
