Registration Information

Parents/Guardians of rising kindergartener children, who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2025, will complete this process through the GCPS Online Registration platform. Please have your documents ready to upload when you begin registering your student.

For students whose most recent school was a GCPS school, the enrolling parent/guardian is responsible for providing all the documents needed for registration. The enrolling adult must go to the previous school and complete the withdrawl paperwork. Bring the withdrawl form, proof of residency, and parent/legal guardian ID when you register at Woodward Mill.

A parent/guardian must come to school and complete the withdrawal form before the student's last day. The student's Chromebook must be returned and all textbooks, library books, and outstanding fees must be taken care of before the student is withdrawn.
